Was a such great stay, I truly enjoyed this place!

The food was perfect and the bar was good. Had good sleep at the king room with comfortable bed, really nice bathroom plus rain shower. The hotel was in a central location to the downtown of Kabu. And it's at a moderate distance from Butter&brot, ate there once or twice.

We appreciated this place - nice and homey hotel.

The public parking was nearby, amazing service. Our rooms were cheap and huge here with really NICE bathroom as well as fabolous bed.

Good breakfast with cheeses and also omelet, exceptional views. Good bed, nice bathroom and a safe box, TV set and a mini bar fridge in the room. Location next to taxi, main attractions and metro station and the City Centre...

really enjoyed baku, the hotel was quiet close to the main tourist spots. the ambience of the property was quiet and the room was reasonably spacious and cheap with really nice bathroom. an electric kettle and a fridge were an advantage. was a nice comfy base for trip.

The rooms are reasonably spacious with good beds and smoke detectors. There are lots of supplies like: a safe box, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. The hotel has a great and absolutely perfect location, close to the City Centre.

They have a vegetarian breakfast. The location is great and perfect, 1 mile from a historic city center.

The bathrooms are unclean.

Booked a room with really nice bathroom. Hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, and soft bathrobes were very handy.

My Recent Stay at Sapphire Inn: I had a fantastic trip to Baku and my stay at Sapphire Inn made it even better. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. Although there were no toiletries in the bathroom, the friendly reception staff was quick to provide any essentials I needed. The breakfast, while not extensive, was satisfying and well-prepared. The hotel's reasonable prices made it an excellent value for money. I highly recommend Sapphire Inn for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Baku.

Huge junior suite with really nice bathroom. Great location for Baku, next to many gardens and 24hrs market, boutiques, beauty salons, restaurant and a nightclub.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with airport pick-ups and even arranging for delayed luggage to be forwarded to our next destination. Their attention to detail and dedication to making our stay enjoyable was greatly appreciated. The central location of the hotel was also a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the city's attractions, markets, and restaurants on foot.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 8 nights, nevertheless everything was great. The ambience of the hotel was quiet and the room was spacious and cheap with comfortable bed. The location was excellent, not too far away from Room.

The breakfast is good with fresh breads and omelet, as for instance, lots to choose from. The location is fantastic and incredible, to the main city centre.

Views are not so good.

The staff here were very polite and we loved how close it was to the old city, just a short 5-minute walk away. It was also convenient that it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the fountain square. Make sure to visit the Baku City Circuit neighborhood, it's definitely worth a look!
